Abstract submission guidelines

• Abstracts must be received by 15 Feb. 2026 and will not be accepted afterwards.
• To submit an abstract, the lead author needs to submit through the conference website.
• Please ensure that all personal and institutional details are entered accurately, as this information will be used directly in the published collection of abstracts without additional editing.
• All abstracts whose speaker has not registered by 15 May 2026 may be withdrawn from the conference program.

How to submit an Abstract

• Please submit the abstract through the online system via the “Submit Abstract” link below.
• Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email. Kindly refrain from submitting the same abstract more than once.
• Please note that any accepted abstract will only be included in the final program if the presenting author is registered by the 15 May 2026 deadline.
• The abstracts shall be submitted exclusively through the online portal. Fax, e-mail or other ways of abstract submission WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
• If you encounter any problem during submission or if you would like to make changes after submission, please contact us via icshm2026@drexel.edu.

Abstract preparation guidelines

• Topic: abstracts should be sent indicating the relevant conference theme to which they correspond.
• Authors: must indicate their first and last name, country of work, affiliation and e-mail.
• Abstract: the abstract should have a maximum length of 250 words. There is no minimum length, but consider that acceptance will be based on the technical evaluation of the submitted abstract. You can type directly into the submission form box or paste pre-written text. Special characters (e.g., Greek symbols, super/subscript, etc.) will be retained.
• Keywords: a maximum of 3 keywords should be included to help determine a suitable session.
